October 5th – 1:00PM

We will serve a Lunch in our Forest Dining Room “Waldhusen”, Chef’s vision is a culinary Autumn forest fantasy using the ingredients from Eigensinn Farm, the forest and friends.
The weather will be monitored; in case of unfavourable weather, we will move the whole fantasy into our Farm House Dining Room. This will be decided a couple days prior to the event.
There will only be 30 seats available

Living the Dream Project:

Chef Michael Stadtländer and his team will create a 12-course culinary feast inspired by the cultivated and wild bounty of the farm.

Features site specific sculptures and installations throughout the 100 acres of forests, meadows and rolling hills of Eigensinn Farm.
