Born inn Ontario, Tafel came to us in December 2013. He was a culinary student from the Culinary Institute of Canada in PEI.

Hermann is our liaison between the Dream team (Nobuyo and Michael) and the stagiers.

Chef de Cuisine - Haisai

Min is from Korea. He started as an stagier at Eigensinn Farm, then did half a year at Scaramouche in Toronto. He then returned and became the chef at Haisai.
